Licenses for Tools used by pVACtools¶
pVACtools uses a variety of other tools which each have their own license restrictions. By using pVACtools, either standalone or using its Docker image, the user implicitly accepts the license terms of the underlying tools used. By using the standalone IEDB software installed in the pVACtools Docker images, the user also implicitly accepts the IEDB license terms.
